These overnight oats are made with healthy ingredients that provide energy and great taste to start your day. On the weekend or when you have time before work, simply prepare them in advance so all you need to do is grab and go in the morning. These healthy meal prep recipes are going to become a staple in your weekly meal plan!


Simple Overnight Oats


Ingredients List:


You can always include different ingredients such as fresh fruits, different kinds of milk, and different spices! Just experiment with what you like!

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (gluten free if needed)

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (more if desired)

  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 6oz. mason jar with lid

Directions:


If you don't have mason jars, you can find them at Target, Walmart, or your local thrift store.

  1. Place all ingredients in mason jar.

  2. Secure lid, and shake. Make sure ingredients are mixed well.

  3. Keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

  4. Add desired toppings when ready to eat.

  5. Enjoy!
