Pickled Red Onion Recipe

Updated: Nov 4, 2023

I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite parts about getting dressed up is putting on my accessories, aka fun shoes and jewelry.

Putting the finishing touches on my outfit, and stepping out for all the oohs and aahs.

When it comes to food, traditionally, we have called accessories to our food, condiments

I think we should rethink that.

Our food would be plain and boring without the accessories, aka condiments.

Right?

Take for instance, pickled red onions.

Pickled red onions are both sweet and sour, vibrant and rich in color, and crunch when you bite into them.

They literally hit all our senses at once.

Put them on salads, sandwiches, eggs, burgers…

Heck! Even eat them right out of the jar they are that good!

You can make your own pickled red onions in your very own kitchen,

Using items straight from your pantry. I promise you!
