I created Klean Eating With Kristy after spending the last 19+ years on my own health journey. Along the way I noticed that clean eating is not always easy, and it can sometimes feel very lonely/overwhelming... now enter the KITCHEN CONFIDENCE Program!!! I am so incredibly passionate about dedicating myself to helping other people like me increase their confidence and reduce stress in their own lives. I want to provide YOU with strategies and tools so you can spend time with your loved ones; doing things you love instead of stressing over what you will be making for dinner.
